All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

All items in our store are made to order, produced specifically for each customer upon purchase. Because of the custom nature of our production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

No Refunds We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Exchanges As each piece is made exclusively for you, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for a different size, colour, or style.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
