Shipping Policy
We partner with multiple production and fulfillment partners to bring you these designed products, so shipping times and origins may vary depending on the item ordered.
Processing Time Most orders are made to order and require 2–7 business days to produce before shipping. So orders will take longer than regular retail where the products are already produced and in stock. These products with the exception of the random imported items in my shop (face and body category) are all made once they receive your order. After you pay, the item then goes into production. In the case of the shoes for example, the production prints the fabric, then hand makes your shoes with the printed fabric. How cool is that? Same goes for the clothing and accessories. Your items are extremely unique, authentic and custom made. If you would like something specific on your items like a name or a certain design or graphic, just write by email or call me directly and we can have your custom item listed up in no time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada & USA: 5–15 business days after production
- International: 10–30 business days after production
These are estimates and may vary based on your location, the product, and carrier delays.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment partners.
